    WHAT IS DIRECT TO FILM

    Direct to film printing is relatively new, and fast becoming a popular choice for printers. 

    The design is printed on transfer paper, then transferred via heat press onto your garment. It's very durable, colour fast and will not peel off. 

    The print will outlast the lifetime of the garment. 

    The ability to print multiple colours for no extra cost is why it's a favourite amoungst printers. 

    Benefits of Direct to Film Printing

    1. Fast Turnaround
      Direct to garment printing is much quicker than the sublimated process. If you are pressed for time, this is your best option, with a general turnaround of 2-3 weeks

    2. Budget Friendly
      While we only provide quality products and won't sell a cheap nasty garment, DTF printing is much more affordable than sublimation.  

    3. Cotton Garments
      DTF Prints shine through by being able to be printed on cotton garments, unlike sublimation which really only works on polyester styles. 

      This means you can have the comfort of cotton with the benefit of full colour prints.

    Turnaround times

    We have 2 print Services: Sublimation printing and DTF (Direct to Film)

    DTF Range is printed in our Adelaide Shop and is on average a 2-3 week production time.

    Sublimation is manufactured from scratch specifically for you in 1 of 3 of our offshore factories. Typical turnaround time on average is 6-7 weeks.
