Please choose designs and sizes carefully as we do not offer change of mind or incorrect size order returns.

Incorrect Orders
At Spida Custom Apparel (SCA), we try extremely hard to ensure that our artwork is accurate and to the highest standards.

We take pride in setting high-quality design standards.
We ask that you take the time to view the artwork sent for your approval, as Spida Custom Apparel will not be liable for any mistakes found after production which has been electronically approved by the customer on the Artwork Proof.

Our suppliers have been carefully selected by us, to ensure we deliver to you the highest quality product possible. Should our supplied product or decoration be different from that which has been electronically approved by our customer, Spida Custom Apparel will take full responsibility and will work with you to come to an agreed upon resolution.

Claims must be made within 1 calendar week of receiving your product, and an outcome agreed upon by both parties within 2 weeks of the complaint being received.

Faulty Items
While we strive to provide the highest quality in all of our products, sometimes there can be a manufacturer fault. We can either replace the item in full or offer a refund (full or partial, depending on the fault severity). To provide a refund or replacement of the item, the claim must be made within 1 calendar week of receiving the item/s, with photographs to show proof of fault. SCA may require you to return the faulty item/s to us within 2 weeks of SCA receiving the claim. Items must be in the same condition as photographed. Anything outside of these time-frames, unfortunately, there is little we can do.

Samples
Samples can be ordered here. To receive the sample refund, samples need to be returned to Spida Custom Apparel’s office within 6 weeks of the order date, in the same condition they were received, or payment will be forfeited.
