Custom Shirts Range

Our basic custom shirt range is perfect for those who want a cotton or simple look for you brand, business or event.

We print using the latest in DTF printing tech, which allows us to still print full colour logos or images.

The feel is very similar to a screen print.

Minimum Order

Minimums do depend on your design needs and style. Below is a quick guide:

Design from our website = 5 Minimum QTY
(Edits to colours and small design changes is ok.)

New custom design = 10 Minimum QTY.
(We can help create your designs based on your ideas)

Turnaround times

The below turnaround times are based from the date all artwork is Approved and Full payment is received.

These are Average turnaround times and can fluctuate during peak times.

Peak times are October - April.

Casual Range:
2-4 weeks

Sublimated Fishing shirts
6-7 Weeks.

Difference between Casual Range and Sublimated Fishing shirts?

Casual Range:
Our Casual range uses Premium Blank stock from Australias best suppliers and We print these Locally in our Adelaide Shop.

We use DTF print which is a newish print method which is very similar to screen print feel.
It allows for high quality full colour images and details to be printed where screen print would be limited in colour.

Sublimated Range:
Our Sublimated range of Fishing shirt the ones where the print is embedded into the fabric. Exactly like your branded shirts.

The shirt start out as a white peice of fabric. Your design is printed into the material and locked in for a full colour, seamless print that is part of the shirt.

The Shirts are then sewn together after printing. This is why the turnaround is a little longer. But also allows us to print all over the fishing shirts.


What is the fabric?

Casual Range:
Mid weight 180gsm 100% Cotton.

Sublimated Fishing shirts:
Lightweight EcoCool 150GSM - This material is made from 100% recycled bottles. Without lacking performance.

Each sublimated fishing shirt is made from minimum 5 Bottles.

UPF40+ Sun Protection rating.

Light weight & Breathable.

Do we have designers to help with designs?

Yes! Absolutely. We have a team of designers that will help you through your whole process.

We will show artwork proofs for every order that you'll need to approve.

We will work with you until you're 100% happy. You can request edits without extra charge as long as it's within the original brief.

Can I Change Colours of a current design?

Yes, all the designs found on our website we can edit to match your branding or required colour scheme.

Design Brief - Team Red Rocket

We'd like an exciting design for our Variety Bash team using photos of our car.

Our car is called 'Red Rocket' so we'd like the design to be very loud and busy. We're open to ideas & happy for you to throw in your own ideas.

  • Main Focus Image

    We used this as the main focal image and added in some dust and a new background to create a dramatic effect.

    To help blend the car with the background we added in the flames to the rocket. This hit the dramatic style requested in the brief.

  • Inspiration of terrain

    As we lacked quality motion photos we used this image as a guide for the terrain the race would go through. The dirt road offer a chance to create some motion with the dust clouds

Design Brief - Logo & Shirt for Monty's Painting

We were approached by Scott to revamp his Painting business logo. He wanted to go for a "Barber style' vibe.

We loved this concept so much.

We supplied his business with ASCOLOUR Staple Custom T-shirt. These are nice Mid-weight t-shirt at 180GSM and very Cost effective!

Scott's recently mentioned he's had other tradies ask for his shirt to wear around as it's so different from any other painting business.

Brighton Table Tennis Coaching

Bright Table Tennis Club needed custom shirts for Coaching and Junior Development Clinics.

Once again the AS Colour Staple Custom Tee Shirt was the weapon of choice with a nice 2 Colour DTF print on the Front and Back.

Purnululu Aboriginal School

Purnululu Aboriginal requested to have their school uniforms revamped. They had their students sketch a design which we have recreated for high print quality and we've used a sublimated print for their new school uniforms.

This allows the custom print to be over the whole shirt.

Family Trip - Fraser Island

Customised fishing shirts for a family that wanted to make a family holiday to fraser island that little bit more special with customised shirts.

We illustrated a camping scene which features one of their vechicles, a dingo fishing & an Esky. Blue sky for the boys and Pink blend for the girls.
