Many printers will print on stock hoodie blanks. These fall short when needing specific colours or panel combinations for your brand. With our Cut & Sew range, we manufacture your custom hoodie from scratch. Allowing maximum flexibility with mix and matched panels.

Pre shrunk to minimise shrink after purchase.

Embroidery, DTF, Heat Transers, Felt Badge, Silicone Patch, Nylon Badge and more.

6-8 weeks on average through the year.
Peak times (Nov - March can be longer however we can confirm at time of ordering.

Our cut and sew hoodies and manufactured from scratch. They goes through the whole Manufacturing process.

If you're in a rush, we do have stock hoodies from all Australian Blanks suppliers we can offer.

Additional Hoodie Options

Hybrid Custom Hoodies

If you're after extra impact with your hoodie but don't need full sublimation style. Our Hybrid option gives the best of both worlds.

Combining the hoodie with Traditional Fleece for that warmth and comfort + sublimated accented panel for visual appeal!

Best Features:
Combination of Warmth of Traditional fleece with the visual of Sublimation accents.

Downside:
Not many! If we had to pick these apart we'd say the sublimated panel is a different fabric to the main body, so that creates and different texture in that part of the hoodie.

Full Sublimated Hoodies

This print method is perfect those who need detailed and eye catching prints.

The material is lighter weight than our Cut & Sew traditional hoodie fleece & not as warm.

Best Features:
Unlimited Colours and photos quality print All printing is Embedded into the fabric. Print All over the Hoodie.

Downside:
Lightweight so not very 'warm' if you're looking at a comfort factor.
Material can look a little Shiny.

These are more of a sportswear hoodie.

Fabric comparison for custom hoodies

Quality Fabrics

All our hoodie fabrics are tested for performance.

We have 2 styles of fabric.

1: Sublimated fabric:
Sublimation printing allow for full colour / photos prints to be embedded into the fabric. This Is made with 100% polyester and has a fleece lining.
Benefit of Sublimation is we can print all the way to edge and over seams as the hoodies start as a white piece of fabric.
The print is pressed into the material fibers via a massive heat press (sublimation machine). Then sewn together & manufactured to order.

2: Plain Hoodies / Panelled Hoodies
Our Plain hoodie range is perfect for those wanting your traditional hoodie fleecy feel.
We customise these with a DTF print which is similar to screen print for your typical streetwear brands style.
